Nicola is an international commercial leader with experience in early-stage ventures, corporates, and consultancy. Starting his career in a growth-oriented role, Nicola has played a key part in building teams and scaling businesses through sales, marketing, and people management.

At LEIA Health, Nicola works as a Marketing Automation Specialist, focusing on creating efficient marketing workflows, optimizing campaigns, and leveraging data to drive growth.

He joined LEIA Health to support parents, especially from a mental health perspective, connecting deeply with the mission as a new parent to an eight-month-old.
